Setting up your ShipGo account has never been easier! To get started, all we need is your name, phone number, and email address. Just choose a personal password, and you’ll be ready to start shipping. You can also register quickly through Facebook and share your ShipGo experience with friends!
Here are some features available to help you get the most out of your ShipGo account:
View Your Shipments
Your account lets you access all past orders as well as upcoming shipments. Easily view and confirm order details, print your labels, and let Luggage Free handle the rest!
Print Your Labels
After placing your order, you can print your barcoded shipping label(s) directly from your account. Simply click your name in the top-right corner, select Shipments, choose the tracking number for your order, and click Print Label.
Reset Your Password
Forgot your password? Click here to reset it. You’ll receive an email shortly with instructions to create a new password for your Ship&Play account.
Add Payment Information
Save your payment details in your account for faster and easier checkout on future orders.
