Setting up your ShipGo account is easy and can be completed in a matter of seconds. To get the process started, all we need is your name, phone number and email address. Simply enter a personal password, agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and you'll be ready to send your luggage to your next dream destination! Have a Facebook account? You can easily register through Facebook and start sharing your ShipGo experience with all your friends and family.
Once your account has been created, you'll have full access to a handful of unique features including an address book for easy ordering, stored account and payment information and quick access to your shipment history. Check out the tips below to get the most out of your very own ShipGo account!
Print My Labels
Once your order has been placed, you will have the ability to print your barcoded shipping label(s) directly through your ShipGo account. To print your label(s) from your account, click on your name in the top right corner of your screen and select 'Shipments'. Click on your ShipGo tracking number for the corresponding order and hit 'Print Label'.
How to Change My Password
Can’t remember your password? Simply select reset password and an email will be sent to you momentarily to assist you with creating a new password for your ShipGo account.
View All Shipments
Your ShipGo account will allow you to access all of your past orders in addition to any upcoming shipments. View and confirm your order details, print your labels and let ShipGo do the rest!
Add Payment Information
Store your payment information in your ShipGo account to ensure that setting up your next order is easier than ever.
