Don't have personal access to a printer? Don't worry! Although your shipping label(s) must be printed and securely attached to your shipment, there are multiple solutions if you do not have a printer of your own.
An 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent to the provided email address upon order placement. This email will contain a link to your shipping label and can therefore be forwarded to any person or location that offers printing services. Our Customer Support Representatives typically recommend forwarding your shipping label to a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or UPS Store for printing assistance. Your shipping label can also be printed and mailed to you for a small, additional charge. If you are interested in this option, please contact our Customer Support Team.
IMPORTANT: The driver coming to collect your shipment will not be equipped with packaging or labeling materials of any kind. All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled and readily available prior to your scheduled pickup. Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. ShipGo will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
