Add a Shipment to an Existing Order

If you need to add a shipment to your existing order, we offer an easy way for you to make that change online. Adding a shipment to your order will require you to print the new bag's shipping label. 

1. Edit order screen.

First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to add a bag. Navigate to ShipGo.com and click on My Account > Shipments. Click on the tracking ID of the shipment you would like to change, then click "Edit Shipment" on the following page.

2. Click on Change/Add.

Once on the edit order screen, click "Change/Add" under the Bags section.

3. Make your changes.

There are two ways to add a bag:

• Add the same bag type. If your order has a luggage bag booked, you can click on "Add Luggage" to add more. Make sure to choose the correct size and weight of the bag you are shipping.
• Add a different bag type. If you'd like to ship a different bag type (such as golf clubs or skis), please click on "Add more items," choose the item category, and choose the appropriate size and weight of what you will be shipping.

Once you've made the changes you'd like, click "Save & Continue."

4. Review your changes.

The next screen shows a summary of your order and additional fees. Since you will have added a bag, additional charges will reflect here. Click on "Continue" to move to the next screen.

5. Process your changes.

The next screen charges any necessary fees to your credit card on file. Click on Pay to continue.

6. Confirmation receipt.

The last screen will reflect the new changes to your order. You will also receive an email from us that will reflect any changes that you made. An additional bag will require you to print a new label for your shipment.
