Tracking Your Shipment

Your shipment can be tracked using your ShipGo tracking number, which provides status updates throughout transit.

1. Go to www.ShipGo.com
2. Click Log In in the top-right corner
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click My Account
5. Click Shipments
6. Click on whichever shipment you would like to track

All shipment updates are available through your ShipGo tracking number. Additionally, you will automatically receive email and optional text notifications when your shipment is picked up, out for delivery, and delivered.
