At ShipGo, we provide insurance for your shipment to protect against damage or loss. Our coverage includes most items typically packed in sporting gear or luggage bags. If you're unsure whether a specific item is eligible for coverage, feel free to ask our chatbot for assistance.
Each shipment includes complimentary insurance of $500. For added peace of mind, we recommend insuring your shipment for its full value. Additional coverage is available up to $7,500 per bag for an extra fee. Pricing details are available on the ShipGo booking page and vary based on whether your shipment remains within the United States or is international.

IMPORTANT: While it is not required, we do recommend that you lock your duffle bag or roller suitcase when shipping domestically. International shipments may not be locked for customs screening purposes. Damage claims will be filed for repair unless damage is deemed otherwise.
