At ShipGo, we care deeply about the safety of your luggage and sports gear. To ensure your shipments arrive securely, all items must be packaged in either a soft travel bag, hard case, roller bag, duffle, or box. If you’ve scheduled a pickup, please make sure your shipment is properly packaged before 9 a.m. on the day of pickup. Please note: Pickup drivers do not carry or provide packaging supplies at the time of collection.
If you plan to drop off your shipment, a box can be purchased at a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or UPS Store. A box is not required if your luggage and gear is already packed in a hard case, soft travel bag, roller bag, duffle, or box. We recommend calling the carrier location ahead to confirm that the location has any necessary shipping supplies in stock.

If needed, you can purchase a 5-box shipping kit which includes 5 large boxes, packing paper, and packing tape by clicking here. The supplies are free, and you only pay for shipping and handling of the shipping kit.
IMPORTANT: Orders booked at least (3) business days prior to their pickup date will receive complimentary luggage tags by mail to their origination. Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. ShipGo will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
