At ShipGo, we truly care about the safety of your belongings. For this reason, we require that all of your items be properly packaged prior to shipping. Please review the list at the bottom of the page for the required packaging of each item type. If you have opted for a pickup, your shipment must be properly packaged prior to 9 a.m. on the day of your scheduled pickup. Packaging materials of any kind will NOT be included with your order and the driver that collects your shipment will not be equipped with packaging or labeling materials.

If you have elected to drop off your shipment, boxes may be acquired from a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or a UPS Store. A box is not always required for your shipment. Please refer to the list below to see if your item type must be boxed. We always recommend calling a location beforehand to ensure that any necessary shipping supplies are in stock. Required Packaging
- Luggage - must be packaged in a roller suitcase, a duffle bag or a box
- Trunks - must be packaged in a trunk or box
- Golf Clubs - must be packaged in a soft travel bag, a hard case or a box
- Winter Gear - must be packaged in a soft travel bag, a hard case or a box
IMPORTANT: Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. ShipGo will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
