ShipGo guarantees all shipments to deliver by the end of the business day. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule delivery at least one business day prior to your arrival. If you need to have access to your luggage on a Monday, you will need to schedule the shipment to arrive the preceding Friday.
Consider adding a couple of "buffer days" when shipping to a remote location, during the winter season or around the holidays. An early delivery will ensure that your belongings are where you need them to be, when you need them to be there. Keep in mind our partnered carriers do not pick up or deliver shipments over the weekend.
If you are planning to schedule delivery to a location (other than a private residence) well before your date of arrival, please reach out to the destination to confirm if storing your shipment(s) for an extended period of time will pose any issues.
