Shipping your luggage and sporting gear to your next getaway has never been easier!
Simply visit our home page and click on the “Ship Now” button at the top-right to get started.
If you already have a ShipGo account, go ahead and log in. If not, take a moment to create one — we recommend completing this step before booking your shipment.
Next, enter your shipping details: where you’ll be sending your gear to and from. If you’re shipping to a facility or cruise, select that option at the top of the order form and our system will preload popular destinations for you. Cruise shipments must be booked with a member of our support team. For more info on Cruise shipments, click here.
You’ll then be asked to select the number of items you’re shipping — luggage and/or sporting gear — along with the size, weight category, and how each will be packaged (soft travel bag, hard case, or box). Every shipment automatically includes $500 of complimentary insurance coverage, but you’ll have the option to increase that amount if needed. Finally, share a few details about your trip in the “Other Info” section. This helps ensure your shipment arrives on time. Please note that ShipGo guarantees delivery by the end of the day on your selected delivery date (and shipments may even arrive early).
Next, choose between one-way or round-trip shipping. You’ll then select your pickup and delivery dates, as well as your preferred service level. If you’d like your gear picked up directly from your location, select the pickup option for just $4.99. You can also choose to drop off your shipment at a carrier store at no additional cost.
Once everything looks good, enter your payment information and review your order details. Click “Place Order” to confirm your shipment — and you’re all set!
