Please be advised that any order being placed to or from a cruise port must be booked over the phone with one of our Cruise Specialists. Below is a list of information that may be requested from a Cruise Specialist when planning or placing your order.

• the port of embarkation
• the ship you are embarking upon
• the embark date
• the time of embarkation
• any details you would like to share (cabin/stateroom number)

Additional fees will also apply to orders being picked up from or delivered to a cruise port. Please be advised that the following fees are per bag.

• Domestic Pickup: $45
• Domestic Delivery: $25
• International Pickup: $55
• International Delivery: $35
